At Tookor, we aim for a dependable and straightforward shopping experience. This policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations, adhering to U.S., Australian, and U.K. consumer protection standards.

1. Return Policy and Conditions

Return Window 30 days from the date of delivery.
Condition Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Restocking Fee None will be applied.
Eligibility Statutory rights under Australian and U.K. consumer laws are fully honored, in addition to this policy.

 

2. International Return Address and Shipping Costs

We are an international company. Although our administrative headquarters are located in the United States, you must send returns to our logistics center in Asia.

Pay attention to the costs Please note that returning packages to this international address will incur significant shipping costs. These costs are the customer's responsibility, unless there is a defect or error.

3. Return Process

  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and send detailed return instructions.

  3. Ship Item: Pack the item securely and ship it following the instructions provided.

  4. Inspection: Once the item is received and inspected at our center, we will process your refund or replacement.

4. Refunds and Processing

Refund Method Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing Time Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the item is received and approved by our inspection team.
Confirmation A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is complete.

5. Cancellations, Exchanges, and Exceptions

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. If the order has already shipped, please follow the standard return process.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges are only offered for defective or incorrect items. For all other cases, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

  • Exceptions: Items marked as non-returnable (e.g., specific personal or hygiene-related products) cannot be returned.
