Tookor ("we," "us," or "our") is a U.S.-based men’s fashion store dedicated to providing a smooth and transparent delivery experience. This policy explains how we process and deliver orders to the United States (U.S.), Australia (AU), and the United Kingdom (U.K.).

1. Shipping Fees and Handling Time

Shipping Fees Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the U.S., AU, and U.K.
Handling Time Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Cut-off Time Orders placed before 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) are processed the same business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Window by Region

The estimated delivery window below includes both the handling time (1–2 days) and the transit time.

Note: Carriers used include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and various major international couriers. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or external circumstances beyond our control.

3. Tracking, Issues, and Returns

  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and instructions to follow your package’s progress.

  • Damaged/Lost Orders: If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. If your order is lost in transit or significantly delayed, reach out to our team so we can investigate with the courier.
